By accessing or using QA Boutique, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our application.

2. Description of Service

QA Boutique provides automated AI-driven Quality Assurance services, code review, and test generation for software development teams. The service integrates with your code repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) to analyze code changes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Billing Cycle).
• Billing cycles are set on a regular basis, typically monthly.
• Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or QA Boutique cancels it.
• You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting QA Boutique customer support.

5. Fair Use Policy

QA Boutique is intended to be used by human developers and teams. Automated scraping, abuse of our API endpoints, or attempting to bypass rate limits (PR analyses/month) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and the availability of a free Sandbox tier to test the product before purchasing, all sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion or if legally required.

8. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments.
