1. Introduction

Welcome to QA Boutique. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and use our application, and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

🛡️ The Most Important Part: Your Source Code

We DO NOT store your source code. When our bot analyzes a Pull Request or Merge Request, the code diffs are processed in-memory and sent directly to our LLM provider (Anthropic) via a secure API. Once the analysis is complete and the response is generated, the code is immediately discarded from our servers. Furthermore, our LLM provider does not use your code or data to train their models.

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data: includes your name, GitHub/GitLab username, and profile avatar.
  • Contact Data: includes your email address.
  • Integration Data: includes repository names, IDs, and installation tokens required to post comments and reviews on your behalf.
  • Transaction Data: details about payments to and from you (processed securely via our payment partners; we do not store your credit card details).

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances: To perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., providing AI QA services). Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our core functionality:

  • Anthropic API: For AI-powered code analysis.
  • Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
